A New Frontier in Cancer Biology and Treatment and in Mitochondria Science and Translation
This a strategic "grand challenge" scale set of projects and proposals to bring mitochondrial science formally into oncology as enduring capacity in the fight to understand and work toward a new solutions environment for the field. At the same, the mitochondrial-cancer ecology, which is now an active area of cancer research as well as mitochondrial research is accepted and can produce deep understanding of mitochondria for use across the disease, clinical and health communities broadly.
